From Rome's ESRIN space agency to the flooded streets of Jakarta, Amsterdam's canal-side pursuit, and the frozen wilderness of Iceland — Hope and Bowie discover a shadowy operation deliberately triggering a catastrophic methane rupture beneath the Arctic shelf.
